Yoga retreat in the Swedish archipelago

The weekend is for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced Yogi you are most welcome to join us.

The Yoga on offer this weekend is a mix of restorative Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, MixedBagYoga and Nature Yoga and takes place indoors as well as out in nature.

Age does not matter, the aim is for everyone to feel calm and appreciated in this Yoga weekend community to enable recharging of your body’s energy levels.

Kat's Yin Yoga classes

Yin Yoga is a way to stretch and target your deep connective tissues like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones by using easy and relaxing positions either seated or lying down. Yin Yoga activates your parasympathetic nervous system and helps the body and mind to relax and recover.

Madelein's Vinyasa Yoga classes

Vinyasa is the flowing dynamic form of Yoga, where the asanas (poses) flow together as movements in harmony with the breath.

In the morning the Vinyasa Yoga flow wakes us up gently and gives us energy and warmth to set us up for the rest of the day.

Stefania's Hatha Yoga

Wake up your whole body and get your prana moving with Hatha Yoga. Engage your mind and body and restore the balance of harmony within. 

Lotta's MixedBag and Nature Yoga

MixedBagYoga

is a 'mixed bag' of asanas, Pilates move and modern core-training within a mental Yoga framework. We practice movement and breathing and finish with relaxation to suit all.

Nature Yoga

We walk out in nature absorbing the beauty around us. By using our senses and practising asanas , we create ‘Nature Yoga’ which can help us to still our minds.
